Management Support
While recognising the wealth of experience that our clients have we recognise that in many instances owner managed businesses and companies very often do not have a support mechanism and that this very often leads to a sense of isolation.
We endeavour to free our clients from the constraints this creates. This can be done in a number of ways depending on the requirements of the client. We could take a very hands on role in assisting the client manage his business with very regular contact of up to three or four times a week. We could attend monthly meetings, or, as in most cases, it is simply a matter of our clients knowing that they can pick up the phone and that we will be available to help in every way possible
