Dillon & Associates was founded by Gerard Dillon in March 2002. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Galway, is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and is a Registered Auditor. He has in excess of fifteen years experience in business advisory services.
Our focus of work is on assisting small and medium sized businesses in their management, growth and development. Dillon & Associates’ clients benefit from our significant experience in all areas of commercial activities.
Our team has experience in auditing multinational companies and in the past has taken a lead role in the audit of companies such as Coca-Cola, Hewlett Packard, Reebok and Reuters.
Another of our areas of expertise is in Corporate Finance where we have arranged finance for a number of significant projects. We have also been heavily involved in advising a number of companies at board level in their ongoing and strategic decision making processes and negotiating for the sale and acquisition of a number of companies.
